You simply would not believe the
change in the tone of this amp by housing it in a hardwood
enclosure!
In it's new home, the speaker has
really come to life!
Particle board, from which the original cab was made, is sonically
very absorbent. This made the tone cold and lifeless, by
comparison.
The new cab is all Oak except for the Baffle, which is
3/8", Baltic Birch micro-ply.
Even the rear panel is solid Oak.
RF
shielding has been installed on the rear panel to keep noise out of
the chassis.
The cab is fully hand sanded and finished, inside
and out.
A genuine raised leather handle and vinyl cushion feet
are standard.
Now, a unique looking....

better sounding amp!
