The answer is Yes, to all!!!

      This Hot Rod not only has a dramatically changed look, the sound has also been greatly 'warmed up',
by mounting the speaker in a hardwood cab that is not swathed in vinyl.
Also, tonal modifications were made to enhance the sound.  Now the amp has 'sparkle' to the tone with no 'flubbiness' in the low end even at low volumes!
Mounting the chassis on a 45 degree angle also permits better cooling, reducing the amount of heat that rises up into the chassis causing an amp's 'personality' to change as you play. 

 

               


Equal attention has also been given to the footswitch!!
